This business started as a church-style ministry that was designed to encourage and uplift believers. The traditional church set-up allowed us to develop a platform to reach out and connect with other people. However, what I quickly found out was that I was able to encourage many other people who were not believers, and in more areas than what was considered basic ministry.
I have discovered lying within me a God-given gift to motivate and encourage people from all walks of life. This includes business people, stay-at-home moms, the cashier at Walmart and even my mail-delivery person! This ability to motivate comes naturally to me, and most of all, I enjoy doing it!
I began my own freelance writing and editing business over thirteen years ago. All I had was an idea and a great passion to do something that I enjoyed. It was then that I first noticed that I enjoyed sharing, teaching, helping and imparting things to other. I couldn’t hold my gift to myself, but I wanted to share it with others. Thus, The Daily Exhorter was born.
